Overview
Self Service Password Reset gives you the ability to change or reset your password without IT help desk involvement. If your account is locked or you forget your password, you can follow the steps to unblock themselves and get back to work.
The Self-Service Password Reset feature is available 24x7. For Quick Access Visit https://passwordreset.microsoftonline.com/
What you will need
You will need all of these otherwise you will not be able to reset your own password (and must instead contact IT help desk)
- You will need to have already registered your account for Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) before you can use Self Service Password Reset
- You will need to know your RAAFA email address
- You will need to have your mobile phone with you
